application, payment and cancellation

This travel
arrangement planning paper of
Tushita Travel is regarded as
a contracted paper too. The
service will be provided according
to the package trip shown in
the booklet and the service
mentioned in the request form.

Travel
cost is shown in the total amount.
Client should fill up this tour
/ trek arrangement request form
and apply for the tour. One
can apply through fax or e-mail
too.

Travel
planning paper with destination,
departure date, schedule and
guidelines of service including
the tour cost will be made and
shown to the clients. After
the completion of schedule plan
and receiving positive consent
from the client 25 % service
charge shall be taken and go
for tour booking process. The
paid amount shall be non ? refundable.
And, the rest of the money should
be sent before arrival in Nepal.
If the client can not visit
Nepal due to some personal health
and critical circumstance he
shall get the refund keeping
25 % of the total cost.

The terms
and condition of all agreements
made with Tushita Travels shall
subject to, and must be governed
by, the law of Nepal. The signing
of the booking form indicates
that all persons have read these
conditions and agree to abide
by them.

The company
will not be responsible for any
loss of goods or otherwise things
happened during the tip. Moreover,
the guest himself anticipate certain
risk and danger such as; high altitude
sickness, political problem, landslide
etc. But, this does not mean that
Tushita Travel is indifference in
this subject matter. We try our
best to carter needs.
