DHORPATAN (UNIQUE HUNTING RESERVE)

Spread in 1325 Sq k.m Dhorpatan is the only hunting reserve of Nepal.As it is at height of 3000 to 7000m, it has sub alpine and alpine types of climate. Climatic diversity as well as the diversities of animals and plants is the main assets as well as attraction of this place. This place is famous for Himalayan herbs.Most of the part of Dhorpatan is covered with snow during winter season.

Hunting Tour to Dhorpatan (09 Days) Place Schedules (Pokhara to Pokhara) Meals Darbang After B/F drive to Darbang through Nayapul, Beni and to Darbang by Landcruiser. 6 hrs drive / 50km rough road 3 Meals. Muna Darbang to Muna village 5 hours walk stay in a simple lodge 3 Meals Gajurkhani From here we hire horses and reach Dhorpatan in 5 hrs. on the way you see beautiful Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri mountain range, crystal river & waterfall on the way. 3 Meals Dhorpatan We Pay taxes and go for hunting with local guides. We stay in tents. Beautiful sub alpine forest and tranquility 3 Meals Dhorpatan For the whole day we go for hunting with horses and local guide, enjoywilderness, serenity of deep jungle. 3 Meals Muna After L/C we come back to Muna with horse. Stay overnight in Magar village. (Brave Gurkha Soilders) 3 Meals. Tatopani Early in the morning start walking to Beni Tatopani, enjoy Natural hot spring only. Deep relaxation. 3 Meals Pokhara In the morning after visiting Beni Bazaar, we drive to Pokhara in a luxury vehicle. Evening cultural program 3 Meals Pokhara In the morning Sunrise tour, Pkr S/S and fly back to Kathmandu by pm flight. Happy journey !Adieu ! 2 Meals

Note: It is not good to kill any living beings, however, there are some groups who keep deep interest in hunting. So, we have prepared and designed this tour package just for them. This avoids illegal hunting in some extend we believe.

BOOKING CONDITION: All the personal details - passport photocopy, full name and address, date of birth, profession, nationality must be sent 1 months in advance with 25% (of total trip cost) non-refundable advance payment.

NOTE: As this is alpine zone, warm clothes are most necessary, general physical fitness is require before departure for health balance and acclimatization
